In Chapter 3 of Homes Buyers and Mortgages, I discussed issues that need to be considered regarding condominiums and Home Owner Associations. The links listed below will direct you to the websites of Fannie Mae, the VA and the FHA who must approve such housing projects prior to accepting mortgage loans. All currently approved projects are listed on these sites.

The second link will provide you the names and contact information for all FHA approved lenders.  Remember, not all FHA lenders process all types of FHA loans. Be prepared to provide the lender with specific loan program information regarding the loan that interests you.
